Dop Antiques Return Policy

At Dop Antiques, we aim to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience. Our return policy is designed to give you peace of mind while maintaining transparency and fairness.

  • Pickup Window
    • Customers have a 14-day window to collect their items.
    • After 14 days, a storage fee of $10 per day is applied until the item is collected.
    • If an item is not collected within 60 days—despite multiple contact attempts—it is considered abandoned and returned to stock. No refunds or store credits will be issued for abandoned items.

  • Refunds & Store Credits
    No refunds will be provided for purchased items.
    • No store credits or refunds for custom or modified pieces.
    • Store credit may be issued if the item is returned within 24 hours, in its original condition, with no restocking fee.
    • Items returned within 5 days, in original condition, are eligible for store credit subject to a 30 % restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

  • Credits & Discounts
    • If a customer uses store credit, no additional discounts apply—the item is sold at full retail price.

  • Custom Orders
    • Color must be specified by the exact color name or an approved sample; photographs are not accepted.
    • Any changes to custom orders are treated as change orders and may incur additional fees and price adjustments.
    • Once an item has been modified in any way, it becomes final sale—no refunds or store credits.
    • Custom orders cannot be refunded or credited.

  • Pickup Notice
    • A 24-hour pickup notice is required.
    • Items collected without notice may not be cleaned or quality-checked.
    • Pickups are unavailable on designated shipment days.

Online Return Policy

  • Return Window: Customers have 48 hours after delivery to initiate a return.
  • Return Process: To start a return, please contact Dop Antiques Support within the 48-hour window at contact@dopantiques.com. Our team will assist you with the return process.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for both outbound and return shipping charges. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Item Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received. We recommend repackaging carefully to avoid damage in transit.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm its condition before processing a refund.
  • Deductions: Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees for which the buyer is responsible. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
