Remote purchase? Eligible returns must be requested within 48 hours of documented delivery. A 10% restocking fee applies, and shipping costs are nonrefundable. Showroom purchases are final after inspection. If an exceptionally large or bulk order draws a documented carrier quote above twice the flat rate shown at checkout and we ask for an additional delivery contribution, you may decline: arrange pickup, use your own carrier, or cancel that purchase for a full refund — including its shipping charges and applicable taxes — with no cancellation or restocking fee.
