Special pricing beyond our standard trade benefit is available for qualifying volume orders. Tell us what you are planning, and we will prepare a private quote based on your selection, quantities and delivery needs.
Quoted volume prices already include the agreed savings and cannot be combined with the standard trade discount or other offers.
Artisan collection
Handcrafted pieces for considered projects
Our handcrafted artisan pieces are made with valuable materials and valued for their craftsmanship, finish and proportion. For a coordinated installation or larger collection, ask us about available models and project quantities.
Production and delivery timing depend on the selected pieces and quantities. Materials, pricing and the project schedule are confirmed in your private quotation.
Stocked artisan pieces shown on the site remain ordinary online purchases. Larger quantities are quoted separately and confirmed in writing.
Returns
Returns
Trade-discount purchases follow DOP’s standard return policy based on whether the piece was inspected in person or purchased remotely. Any eligible refund is based on the amount actually paid.
Wholesale and resale purchases are final sale.
